ONLINE ORDERS/DELIVERY

 

Q1: How far in advance can I place my online order?
Orders can be placed up to three months in advance on most occasions, and recommend that orders to be placed three weeks in advance. Simply select your preferred delivery date from our online ordering system in your shopping bag.We can usually accommodate most orders however, the more notice you give us the more likely we will be able to fulfill your order.

 

Q2: Do you offer delivery services?

Yes, we use a specialized cake delivery service, CakeExpress. Although we cannot guarantee the quality of the service, we have consistently received good reviews about CakeExpress from our customers regarding punctuality and condition of cake delivered. Delivery charges as folow: Minimum Order Requirement of $110, Delivery Surcharge of $10.

 

Q3: What happens if I'm not around to receive my delivery?

While we do not require a signature confirmation for your delivery, we can only guarantee the quality of our product if it is received by the shipping time selected by the customer at the time of purchase. According to CakeExpress policy, their drivers will only leave the package at a recipient's door, or other secure location, if the driver believes it is 'safe' and reasonable to do so.

 

Q4:Why is there a minimum order requirement?

We bake all our cakes fresh to order from scratch and when it comes to smaller treats such as cupcakes, we bake in batches just as a home baker would. Insisting upon minimum order amounts mean that our customers get the best value for money when ordering from us.

 

Q5:Why is there a smaller variety of cake choices for online reservation?

Our cakes are subjected to seasonal change and cake designs vary. The cakes available online are standard cakes available for the season. You may come down to our store to view more choices or opt for custom ordering.

Q1: Can I customize my cake order?

Yes, we will try our best to fulfill your needs. Leave us a message with the above form. Custom Orders need to be placed at least 10 working days in advance before delivery/collection, and is subjected to additional charges. You may leave us a message with the above form or contact us here.

 

Q2: Do you cater to events?
Yes, we'll send your guests home with personalized party favors that provide a sweet reminder of your big day. We can design individually boxed cupcakes with your monogram, favorite picture or company's logo. Specially packaged cookies can be made to order, tagged with your event information and tied up with a ribbon. You may leave us a message with the above form or  contact our event specialist here.


Q3: Does you make wedding cakes?
We specialize in beautiful deconstructed wedding cakes, dessert tables and cupcake trees displays. We work closely with the bride and groom and offer a dynamic selection of options they can mix and match to create the perfect look for a stunning and delicious dessert spread. GENERAL

 

Q1: Where can I find the nutritional information for your products?

We use a variety of premium ingredients in our cupcakes and icings including milk, cream, butter, eggs, sugar, and flour. Our products do not contain any preservatives or trans fats. For more information about our ingredients, click here.

 

Q2: Should I refrigerate my  food?

Cupcakes: Do not refrigerate. Cupcakes should be fine within 24 hours of purchase.

Cakes: Only refrigerate if storing longer than 24 hours, except for the Cheesecake, which should always be refrigerated.

Pies: Pies topped with whipped cream or meringue should be consumed on day of purchase. They may be refrigerated, but that will affect the quality of the cream.

 

Q3: I have food allergies. Does you make anything wheat/dairy/nut free?

We use the finest dairy, flour and nut products. For special dietry orders, please leave us a message and we are delighted to cater to your needs.

 

Q4: Which products do not contain nuts?

While peanuts and other tree nuts may not be a key ingredient in every one of our baked goods, all of our baked goods are made in the same area where products containing various nut items are created. Though best practices are used in the manufacturing of our baked goods, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur.

 

Q5: Do you have anything sugar free?

No, although we strive to use healthier options like honey and sugar can molasses in our products instead.

 

Q6: Are you halal?

No, we are not certified halal, but we do not use any pork products. We are currently working on being certified.

 

Q7:Why do you have limited stock of whole cakes in your bakeries?

Whole cakes are freshly baked to order so to avoid waste and ensure the best value is passed on to our customers. As our cakes are baked and decorated by hand and require space to be carefully stored, we find baking to demand to be the most effective system to reduce waste.
